已經記不得上次是什麼時候去日月潭的？今年10月正好接到「日月潭晶澤會館」的邀約，就決定跟朋友一起去。兩天一夜遇到好天氣，也搭了遊船遊湖，清新的空氣加上湖光山色，對長久待在台北的我來說是非常棒的體驗，身心靈的淨化了一般。而「日月潭晶澤會館」位於伊達邵碼頭湖景第一排，180度的窗景將美景盡收眼底。晚上在頂樓的星空屋用餐，餐點非常精緻美味，氣氛也格外浪漫，很適合情侶、夫妻一起來。

Check in之後會拿到晚餐券、早餐券及餐飲抵用券。
我們入住的是501號房，一進來就被大面的落地窗透出的景色吸引，直接就能看到日月潭與遠方的山。
旁邊還有客廳，同樣有大面落地窗。
兩張單人床對面有電視，客廳也有一台。
書桌也面對著日月潭。
小冰箱
裡面有兩瓶礦泉水、兩瓶小可樂。
也有電熱壺。
浴室中間有一個按摩浴缸，兩側有門可以拉上，不用擔心。
左邊是廁所，有免治馬桶。
右邊是淋浴間。
洗臉檯
備品盒以及讓人驚喜的dyson吹風機。
陽台外面有桌椅，好適合坐在這放空。
還能看到對面山上的纜車。
晚上到10樓的露台「星空屋」用餐，使用這個星空屋需低消3000喔！
露台也有另外這區桌椅空間。
屋裡有冷氣，不用擔心會悶，坐在這裡拍照有種夢幻的感覺。
這晚老闆端出這麼多道菜，道道精緻好吃。
煙燻香料土雞胸
雖然是土雞胸肉，經多種香料醃製與煙燻處理，格外軟嫩香甜。
伊比利臘腸拼盤
三種不同口味的伊比利臘腸，有果香與鹹香，十足歐陸菜的風味。
烤烘白玉蝸牛
選用台灣養殖的白玉蝸牛，融合法式料理手法，有香料與奶油的濃郁香氣。
小米酒漬竹雞 豆腐乳醬
竹雞就是鵪鶉，用龍眼木燒燻過特別香，外皮微脆、肉質濕嫩。
土雞松阪肉拼盤、辣味美乃滋
雞脖子後頸與背部交界處稱之為雞的松阪肉，相當珍貴，口感既紮實又軟嫩多汁，以碳烤後撒上黑胡椒更加提味。
刺蔥烤紅尼羅魚
刺蔥與碳烤的香氣深入魚肉，香氣豐富，肉質依舊鮮甜多汁。
La Luna月光酒吧（開放時間18:00-23:00)
位於一樓的酒吧，晚上打上不斷變化的七彩燈光，有種魔幻感。
供應紅白酒級八種口味的精釀啤酒。
一樓門口有免費提供喜馬拉雅浴鹽，供應時間15:00-22:00。
早餐位於2樓的「亞覓湖景餐酒館」。
自助式早餐種類不算少，該有的都有，一定會吃得很飽。
住客還可申請接駁車接送至台中高鐵站，晶澤會館配備的是有鷗翼門的特斯拉Model X，超有派頭啊！
