CAFE IN硬咖啡這兩年幾乎可算是台北最紅的咖啡店，拓店的速度也很快。去年在台北中山北路、民權東路交叉口開的那間兩層樓的門市，就讓許多人去朝聖，阿偉也不例外，那時候他們跟三麗鷗聯名出的Hello Kitty及酷企鵝紙杯非常可愛，在文章後段有照片。最近才聽說CAFE IN開到板橋了(查了一下其實去年九月就開了)，而且就在中山路大遠百旁邊，阿偉利用週六起個大早，來這吃早餐，畢竟之前只有喝過咖啡，吃吃看早餐如何？結果相當滿意！(聲明一下，本文並非業配，餐點皆有付錢)

店的位置就在中山路大遠百(舊遠百，FE21)的旁邊那條路的路口，非常好找。妙的是開在露易莎隔壁，好像有點故意，就不知誰的業績比較好？
菜單放在門口，讓人一目瞭然。比起露易莎，價位是有高一些。
我一直覺得他們把in的” i “變成驚歎號”！”真的很有創意，而且是三角型的驚歎號，變成他們的ci，很容易識別。
門把上也有驚歎號。
進門左手邊有商品架，販售咖啡豆、濾掛咖啡等等。
他們的冠軍咖啡濾掛(一盒10入260元)我買過兩次了，一打開包裝就有香氣。
櫃檯
原來只有三間店有賣熱狗堡跟漢堡。(上圖取自店家粉專)
我點了一杯冠軍拿鐵，店員小姐姐說可以免費換成植物燕麥奶，問我要不要換？後來我沒換，之前在別家咖啡店喝過植物奶沖的咖啡，實在很不習慣。
冰箱裡還有一些其他的甜點，像是起司蛋糕、司康、餅乾、厚片吐司。
純白的牆上有著純白的店名logo。
走道最底部的牆上還有一個驚歎號標誌。
洗手間在右手邊。
長排椅子下方有一些插座，有需要的人要選好位子坐。
這椅子下方可以放包包，很不錯的設計。
回收區在櫃檯尾端。
一早09:00來吃早餐，點了美式培根蛋堡70元、冠軍拿鐵(中杯/熱)80元。
白色桌面似乎已經有點髒污了，畢竟白色真的很容易弄髒。
餐點上桌，還有一個不鏽缸托盤，很適合極簡風格。
這個美式炒蛋培根堡麵包部份相當鬆軟，熱熱的很好吃。裡面的炒蛋炒得也好，至少沒有焦也保有蛋液香。培根煎得也很好，不會像有些店煎得太硬不好嚼，這個真的很不錯！
冠軍熱拿鐵不必多述，就是香醇順口，而且不會太燙，我每次都點這個。
這個培根蛋堡個頭不算小，吃來有滿足感。
這張照片是去年夏天在民權店拍的，當時跟朋友一人買大杯、一人買小杯，一次拍到兩種造型。

最後是板橋中山店的洗手間，除了全白色，鏡子上的驚歎號logo也很美啊！
我覺得板橋店的優勢是有蠻多輕食可吃，下次再來試試別的漢堡或蛋糕。
