今年過年特別早，準備好年菜了嗎？要吃就吃今年得到蘋果日報年菜評比獎項的台北凱撒大飯店推出的年菜，除了口味獲得媒體認證，今年凱撒年菜的價格也頗親民，今天介紹的”福臨門套餐”只要3999元，包括了1.櫻花臘味珍珠飯、2.人蔘御膳花雕蝦、3.油淋蒜爆海皇斑、4.紅饌玉脂東坡肉、5.冠軍八寶甜芋泥，澎湃又實惠，重點是真的很好吃！
其中”紅饌玉脂東坡肉“獲今年蘋果日報年菜肉類評比第三名。
另外，台北凱撒的”火腿焗酥餅”則是今年的年菜點心類第一名。

有一段時間”台北凱撒飯店”是阿偉經常來用餐的地方，因為交通很方便，加上餐點美味、價位合理，可說是CP值最高的星級飯店。
這天跟幾位好友受邀來3樓的王朝餐廳，嚐嚐今年推出的外帶年菜-“福臨門套餐”。
三道小菜(不在外帶年菜中)
這天雖然是來品嚐年菜，但我們不忘加點王朝餐廳很厲害的三碟小菜。
滷牛肚相當入味，口感軟嫩有彈性。
黃金泡菜清爽多汁，酸辣度剛剛好，適合大部份台灣人口味。
涼拌雲耳清脆爽口，吃了開胃。
櫻蝦臘味珍珠飯
精選台灣長糯米，採用傳統手法做成這道象徵喜氣的臘味飯。以酥脆開胃的東港櫻花蝦及香味十足又不油膩的臘腸做為配料，讓人吃了好滿足、不吃會想念。
人蔘御膳花雕蝦
嚴選新鮮白蝦，以花雕酒釀製烹調，有著迷人的酒香，至於人蔘味不太明顯。肉質非常彈Q細緻，
油淋蒜爆海皇斑
年菜裡一定要有魚啊！以熱油燙淋精選新鮮大石斑，使其熟透的同時也保有肉質的鮮嫩，再淋上鹹香醬汁，讓魚肉吃起來鹹香清爽一口接一口。
紅饌玉脂東坡肉
今年蘋果日報年菜評比肉類組第一名！全料理以純手工做法，特別選用肥瘦各半完美比例的五花肉，大火蒸煮至一小時再放入主廚特製醬汁滷製7小時，入口即化、齒頰留香。
這東坡肉滷得非常軟嫩，用筷子要很輕的挾，否則很容易碎，而肥瘦肉比例真的是各一半。
將它放在餅皮裡吃，讓軟香麵皮中和了東坡肉的油脂，吃來既香又甜，不小心會連吃好幾塊。
冠軍八寶甜芋泥
特選台中大甲芋頭搗成細緻的芋泥，加入蜜蓮子、烏豆沙、甘納豆和葡萄乾，入口滑順又芋香滿滿。
吃完了前面五道”福臨門套餐”，接著要嚐的是曾獲得2019年菜評比第二名的”王朝經典佛跳牆”。

附贈象徵事事如意的紅柿子造型甕大方討喜，湯料的用心處理更深受多位美食家讚賞，以整隻肥美黃油雞再加入蔬果文火熬製6小時，淬鍊出濃烈香氣的金黃色湯頭，精選配料再加上擁有豐富膠質月眉翅，味道濃厚有層次。
掀開蓋子立刻聞到撲鼻雞湯香，再看到金黃色的月眉翅，有種富貴喜氣的感覺，無論湯頭或是各項食材都極為美味。
火腿焗酥餅NT$.460
這是2020蘋果日報年菜評比”點心類”第一名，其實在去年台北凱撒飯店以”金牌蘿蔔絲酥餅”得過點心類冠軍，今年將它升級2.0版，裡面加入了火腿肉，仍然獲得評審青睞。
裡面的火腿肉丁份量不少，搭配些許蘿蔔絲與蔥花，餡料濕潤、味道更豐富，外層的酥皮維持著一貫的酥綿感，奪冠名符其實。
